Shipping options and delivery estimates depend on the products in your order, your destination and the available fulfillment method. The final shipping information shown during checkout or in your order confirmation should be treated as the current, order-specific estimate.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum purchase required. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing

Orders may require processing time before they are dispatched. We do not yet publish a specific number of business days for this -- check your order confirmation and any shipping updates for the most current information on your order.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods can vary by item and destination, and will be shown at checkout for your specific order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when it is available for your shipment. Not every shipping method or item may include tracking -- where tracking is available, you'll receive it by email.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. When this happens, available tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Customs / Import Charges

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your local authorities. We don't yet have confirmed guidance on how these are handled for every destination we serve -- if this applies to your order, it will be reflected in your checkout or shipment information where possible.
