Shipping policy

Digital products
Digital products are delivered by email and download link right after payment, with no shipping and no shipping charge. Your link does not expire. If you have not received your email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact info@nexusmicrolabs.com with your order number.

Nexus Micro Labs ships orders as they are processed. Shipping options, carriers, and delivery estimates depend on the products in your order, your destination, and the fulfillment method used, and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Processing time

Orders may require processing time before they are dispatched. We do not yet publish a specific number of business days for this — please check your order confirmation and any shipping updates for the most current information on your order.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

 

Tracking

Tracking information, where available, will be sent to you by email once your order ships. Not every shipping method includes tracking.

 

Multiple shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately, in which case tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

 

International orders, customs and import charges

If you order from outside Thailand, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local authorities. We do not yet have confirmed guidance for every destination we serve — where applicable, this will be reflected in your checkout or shipment information.
